How to link your SBI account with Aadhaar card?

Linking SBI Account With Aadhaar: How To Do It?
Today the Aadhaar card is one of the most important of all documents for an Indian citizen to prove his/her identity. The Aadhaar e-KYC has a unique number with 12 digits along with the demographic and biographic details of the individual for identification. The person’s identity can be proved through the process of Aadhaar authentication. This e-KYC is issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and is necessary to avail of government subsidies and services.

According to the rules set by the government, it is now mandatory for all to link their Aadhaar cards to their SBI savings account. Unless you do so the account holders will be prevented from making all transactions including cash deposits, transfer of fund, withdrawing cash, and updating your passbook.
